Happy New Year
Happy New Year Y’all!!!! I hope everything is well on your end.
The brainstorming and research is going well on this end and I have some really strong ideas and executions planned out and in the works as we speak. I promise to get better with these updates. Sometimes I get caught up feeling like nothing anything of crazy interest happens that’s worth sharing & next thing you know, a TON of time goes by and I haven’t shared.
Well… I plan to share more often here through this blog and maybe even just ramble off some ideas and write through them HERE instead of my Ipad. I won’t announce every post but they’ll always populate here.
While I’ve been centering myself and sorting through my thoughts and ideas I’ve turned to a few of my hero’s. Here are just a few of the books I’ve been burying my head into over the last several weeks. When it’s all said and done I’ll share the entire list of my research material and where I drew inspiration from.
** It may actually be cool too at some point to break down each image and then share the inspirations that led me to creating that particular piece… then either print that into a small booklet or just create a presentation for a future artist talk. (Rambling + making notes)
